Yes, we have a selection of outdoor seating throughout the mall. Selected restaurants and cafes also have outdoor seating available.

The majority of our stores accept cash and card payments, however The Cosmetics Company Store accepts card payments only.
Gift card purchases made at Dalton Park Guest Services are also card payments only.

Yes! We’re a dog friendly destination and you can now bring your four-legged friends into the centre for a spot of outlet therapy. Find out more details here on a few ‘dog house rules’ and discover which stores are dog friendly.

Yes. We offer three wheelchairs and three scooters to hire for visitors with additional needs. Please contact us on 0191 526 6500 for further details or to place a booking. We are currently not charging for the hire of shopmobility equipment, but we do request a £10 refundable cash deposit for a wheelchair and £20 refundable cash deposit for a scooter.

If you are running late or are unable to attend your booking, please call Guest Services on 0191 526 6500 to amend or cancel your booking. This allows shopmobility equipment to become available for other customers to use in times of high demand, such as weekends and busy seasonal shopping periods.

Please return all shopmobility equipment to Guest Services no later than:
Mon-Fri – 5:30pm
Sat – 6:00pm
Sun – 4:30pm

Our toilet facilities are located opposite Bakers + Baristas and opposite Greggs.

The toilets are cleaned regularly by our team and you can also find Changing Places facilities in Morrisons.

Yes, our fun-filled play park is open for our little visitors under ten years old to enjoy. Please click here to find out more. Please note: The play area is open all year around, weather permitting.
